People Generalist

Location: Watford (with essential travel to 5 sites across London when required)

Salary: Negotiable

Type: 18-month FTC

Hours: 8.30am – 5pm Monday to Friday

This is a true HR Advisor role where no two days are the same. We are looking for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to play a key role in supporting colleagues, managers and senior leadership teams. Your primary focus will be to support six branches, offering advice both over the phone and in person, whilst exploring measures to continually improve and maintain processes.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:

• Significant experience in employee relations
• CIPD Level 5 certification
• Strong understanding of HR principles, employee relations, practices, and employment laws
