You'll lead the catering operation, from the kitchen to the counter, building a great team and delivering food and service our clients and customers love.
What you'll do
- Leading our catering teams to keep delivering impeccable food and customer service
- Overseeing all in-unit catering operations, including stock, budgets and action plans
- Supporting and training our teams, leading from the front so everyone can excel
- Identifying new food and service concepts to drive sales
- Communicating regularly with your line manager to monitor KPIs and targets
- Implementing and reviewing Health & Safety standards across all catering and service teams
