REED FE are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Brickwork Lecturer to join a thriving Construction department, delivering engaging and practical teaching to learners studying Brickwork at Levels 1 and 2.
This is an excellent opportunity for either an experienced FE Lecturer or an industry professional looking to move into education and training.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality teaching, learning and assessment in Brickwork
- Teach and support learners studying Level 1 and Level 2 programmes
- Plan and prepare engaging lessons, schemes of work and learning resources
- Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback
- Act as a personal tutor, supporting attendance, achievement and progression
- Contribute to course leadership, quality assurance and curriculum development
- Participate in team meetings and continuous improvement activities
- Share current industry knowledge and best practice with learners
