Customer Service Representative

Our busy Manufacturing client are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their busy and fast-paced customer support team.

Location: Dungannon Area

Type: Full-Time | Office Based

This role is ideal for an organised, customer-focused individual who enjoys problem-solving, building relationships, and delivering exceptional service.

Working closely with customers, suppliers, and internal departments, you will be responsible for managing enquiries, processing orders, resolving issues, and ensuring a high standard of customer support at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to a global customer base.
• Process customer orders, returns, and service requests accurately and efficiently.
• Manage customer enquiries relating to pricing, product availability, and order status.
• Monitor open orders and proactively follow up on outstanding items.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external suppliers to resolve customer issues.
• Maintain accurate records within company systems.
• Participate in customer service reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with customers through professional and timely communication.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a customer service, customer support, or office administration environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Professional telephone manner and strong listening skills.

Desirable

• Experience within a busy office, service, or call centre environment.
• Previous experience using CRM, ERP, or customer management systems.
• Experience handling customer orders, quotations, or service requests.
