We've recruited in food, fresh produce, home & garden and agriculture for over 25 years. People always need to eat, so our clients need good people in good times and bad. You'll join one of four specialist teams and build a reputation inside an industry, not just a database.
What you'll do
- It's sales, business development and consulting in one.
- You'll win and grow clients, headhunt specialist talent, interview candidates and negotiate offers.
- A lot of the role, is on the phone or meeting people face to face, in order to build genuine connection and relationships
- The deal with people, so no two deals are the same.
What you'll earn
- £25,000 - £30,000 basic depending on experience, plus uncapped commission.
