our Day to Day

As a Receptionist, reporting to the Front of House Manager, you'll be one of the most important faces of our hotel.

You'll be the person guests remember – the friendly smile that welcomes them to London, the helpful voice on the phone and the person they can turn to when they need a little extra help.

Your day could include:

• Welcoming guests with a genuine smile and making them feel at home.
