We are recruiting for a Proposals Engineer Industrial Construction to support the delivery of major mechanical, civil and E&I installation projects across heavy industrial and process plant environments.

If you enjoy combining technical engineering, estimating, tendering, construction planning and site surveys to create commercially competitive project solutions, this role offers real challenge, variety and career progression.

Youll play a key part in developing technical and commercial proposals for major industrial installation, upgrade and refurbishment projects.

Projects may include: Industrial burners Combustion systems Flares Incinerators Mechanical plant installations Process plant upgrades Energy and industrial infrastructure projects Key Responsibilities Produce technical and commercial proposals for industrial construction and installation projects Interpret engineering drawings, P&IDs, layouts and technical specifications Develop accurate cost estimates and commercial build-ups Define detailed scope of work and execution strategies Support tendering and bid activities Conduct site surveys and constructability reviews across EMEA Liaise with contractors regarding mechanical, civil and E&I installation works Develop proposal schedules and installation methodologies Support technical clarification meetings and customer presentations Work closely with engineering and project teams to ensure technically robust solutions We Want To Hear From You If You Have Experience In: Proposal Engineering | Bid Engineering | Tendering | Estimating | EPC | Project Engineering | Mechanical Engineering | Construction Engineering | Oil & Gas | Petrochemical | Power Generation | Energy from Waste | Industrial Construction | Process Plant | Mechanical Installation | E&I | Site Surveys | P&ID Interpretation | Scope of Work Development | Cost Estimation | Technical Proposals | Turnarounds | Shutdowns | Heavy Industrial Projects You may currently be working as a: Proposal Engineer Bid Engineer Tendering Engineer Estimating Engineer Mechanical Project Engineer Construction Engineer Project Engineer EPC Engineer Mechanical Estimator Industrial Project Engineer Technical Sales Engineer (Industrial Projects) What Youll Need Experience within oil & gas, petrochemical, power generation, Energy from Waste, process engineering or heavy industrial sectors Strong understanding of mechanical, civil and E&I installation activities Experience with technical proposals, estimating or bid preparation Ability to interpret P&IDs, engineering drawings and technical specifications Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Full UK driving licence Willingness to travel internationally when required Why Apply?
