As the Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs across a range of machinery and site systems. Working closely with production and facilities teams, youll help minimise downtime, improve reliability, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the operation.

Key Responsibilities Carry out routine preventative maintenance to ensure equipment operates at peak efficiency
Respond promptly to breakdowns, diagnosing faults with accuracy and speed
Perform both mechanical and electrical repairs across site equipment
Support continuous improvement projects and machinery upgrades
Ensure all maintenance activities are completed safely and to a high standard
Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and actions taken

About You Proven experience within a maintenance or engineering environment
Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding capability
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
Comfortable working both independently xwzovoh and as part of a wider team
Relevant engineering qualifications or a completed apprenticeship (desirable)
