As the business continues to invest in enhancing its digital experience, our client is looking to appoint a UX Designer to strengthen their user-centred design capability and help shape intuitive, high-performing customer journeys.

This role is ideally suited to an experienced UX professional who enjoys owning the full design process. You will take responsibility for end-to-end UX delivery, including discovery, research, wireframing, prototyping, testing, and iteration, helping to continuously improve the user experience across the platform.
Please note that this is a hands-on individual contributor role, focused purely on UX delivery, with no line management responsibilities.
About You:
Solid, demonstrable experience working as a UX Designer beyond entry level
Proven ability to own UX decisions end to end and clearly explain reasoning to stakeholders
Strong understanding of user-centred design principles, usability, and accessibility
Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows using tools such as Figma
Comfortable using research, data, and testing insight to inform and validate design decisions
Experience collaborating closely with Web Development, Content, SEO, and Marketing teams
Bonus Points:
Experience working in product, tech, or performance-led environments
Familiarity with analytics, CRO, or usability testing
Exposure to HTML/CSS or strong awareness of implementation considerations
