We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Construction Recruitment Consultant to join this growing team. As a key player in our recruitment agency, you will specialise in sourcing top talent for the construction industry, working closely with both clients and candidates to ensure a perfect match. Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the construction sector to understand their recruitment needs.
Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify the best talent for various construction roles.
Manage the entire recruitment process from initial contact through to placement, ensuring a smooth experience for both clients and candidates.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to provide informed advice to clients and candidates.
Achieve and exceed monthly targets and KPIs to drive personal and team success.
Requirements:
Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the construction sector.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates.
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong desire to succeed in a target-driven environment.
Familiarity with recruitment software and tools is an advantage.

Nice to Have:
A background in construction or a related field would be beneficial.
