Monday to Friday £14.00 per hour PAYE Equivalent value including accrued holiday pay: £15.69 per hour.

About the Role

Pure Staff are currently recruiting for a 7.5T Driver on behalf of a well-established distribution business supplying household, plumbing and heating products to residential and commercial customers. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced driver seeking ongoing work with regular start times and long-term prospects. The successful 7.5T Driver will be responsible for delivering a variety of plumbing and heating supplies to domestic properties and business customers throughout the local and wider region.

Duties and Responsibilities

Driving a 7.5-tonne vehicle to complete scheduled deliveries Loading and unloading plumbing and heating products Delivering goods to homes, construction sites and commercial premises Completing approximately 10-15 deliveries per day Handling heavy items including boilers and heating equipment Ensuring deliveries are completed safely and efficiently Carrying out vehicle checks and reporting any defects Maintaining excellent customer service standards Completing delivery paperwork accurately Following all transport and health and safety procedures

Shift Pattern

Monday to Friday Typical start time of 06:00 Local and long-distance delivery routes available Ongoing work Shift lengths may vary depending on route requirements

Requirements

Full UK Category C1 Licence Valid CPC Qualification Card Valid Digital Tachograph Card Minimum 6 months 7.5T driving experience No more than 6 penalty points Experience in a customer-facing delivery role Ability to carry out heavy lifting and manual handling duties Strong communication and customer service skills Reliable and professional attitude
