As the Health and Safety Manager, you will be:

Lead the development and implementation of health and safety policies, procedures and management systems.
Ensure statutory compliance, identify risks and implement effective control measures across the organisation.
Oversee inspections, audits and corrective actions to maintain high safety standards.
Work with employees, contractors and residents to promote safe working practices.
Drive a positive health and safety culture and provide clear reporting to support effective governance.

Qualifications the Health and Safety Manager will need:

Experience managing health and safety within social housing, property or facilities management.
NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent recognised qualification.
Chartered IOSH membership (CMIOSH) or equivalent professional status.
Full UK driving licence and access to a car.
