- Earn £30,243+ (Full-Time) | £14.25–£15.55 per hour + 40p mileage - Set rota, contracted hours, and full support – join a 5 care team - Working Pattern: - We operate on a set 4 days on / 3 days off rota, and all applicants must be able to commit to this structure. - Your working pattern will be: - Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday - Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday - Shifts are: - Morning: 07:00 – 14:00 - Evening: 16:00 – 22:00 - Part-time roles: Combination of morning or evening shifts across your working days - Full-time roles: You will be required to work both morning and evening shifts within the same day (split shifts) - A good sense of humour is always a bonus! - Ready to Apply? - If you're looking for a rewarding role where you can truly make a difference, apply today and join the Serve Homecare team. - Please note: We are currently unable to offer sponsorship. - Licence/Certification: - Driving Licence (required) - Work authorisation: - United Kingdom (required) - Work Location: On the road
- You will support clients to remain independent in their own homes, including:
- Light cleaning, laundry, and shopping
- Meal preparation and medication support
- Personal care (washing, bathing, dressing)
- Attending appointments and social activities
- Supporting access to the community

- Essential Requirements**:
- Full UK driving licence
- Access to a reliable vehicle for work
- Contracted hours available
- Competitive Pay:
- 14.25 per hour (Mon–Fri)
- 15.25 per hour (Sat–Sun)
- Full-time equivalent salary: £30,243.20 per annum
