In-House Patent Paralegal – North West England

Are you seeking an exciting in-house IP opportunity? We are working with a well-recognised organisation who are seeking a skilled Patent Paralegal to join them on a full-time, permanent basis.

For this role, you will need strong knowledge in patent filing procedures and formalities. A CIPA qualification would be advantageous; however, this may not be essential. Ideally, you will have at least 2 years’ experience working within a similar post. To be successful, you should be a confident and hardworking individual with great communication skills.

Duties:

• Drafting and filing patent forms in the relevant jurisdictions.
• Handling patent validation processes.
• Processing official communications.
• Preparing correspondence.
• Maintaining the firm’s IP management system.
• Assisting Attorneys with any additional tasks.

This is a great role for a motivated patent support candidate who is looking to work within an in-house setting.
