Service Supervisor Theale, Reading Upto 50k (DOE) plus company vehicle On-Site Parking + Full Training + Career Development Full-Time | Permanent About the Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Service Supervisor to join a growing and dynamic engineering business. This is a key leadership role where you'll oversee the day-to-day operation of a busy service department, ensuring the efficient delivery of reactive call-outs, planned preventative maintenance (PPM), repairs and small works. You'll be responsible for leading a team of engineers and service coordinators, driving operational performance, maintaining excellent customer service standards, and ensuring compliance across all service activities. If you have a strong background in HVAC or refrigeration, excellent organisational skills and experience managing field-based engineers, we'd love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Lead the day-to-day running of the service department, ensuring efficient planning and delivery of all reactive and planned service activities. Oversee service scheduling and resource allocation for breakdowns, maintenance visits and repair works. Take ownership of breakdown response, ensuring prompt engineer allocation and timely resolution. Produce quotations for additional works and small projects following engineer site visits.
