Key Responsibilities:
- Servicing and maintaining cars and light commercial vehicles
- Diagnosing faults and carrying out mechanical repairs
- Using modern diagnostic equipment to identify vehicle issues
- Maintaining and repairing an internal fleet of vehicles
- Completing mechanical work associated with accident repairs
- Carrying out electrical repairs and trim removal/refitting where required
- Recording work accurately and maintaining high-quality standards
- Working on a wide range of vehicle makes and model
Beneficial Skills / Qualifications:
- IMI Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
- Experience as a Vehicle Technician or Mechanic
- Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills
- The ability to service, diagnose and repair vehicles independently
- MOT Tester qualification (or willingness to gain it)
