We are recruiting for an experienced Plumber / Multi-Trade Operative to join a busy responsive maintenance team covering a large residential housing portfolio across North and North-West London. This is an excellent opportunity for a plumbing-biased engineer who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality repairs and customer service.
The Role
Working across approximately 9,800 residential properties, you will carry out reactive repairs, planned maintenance, emergency call-outs, and void property works. Plumbing will form the majority of your workload, although you will also undertake general maintenance and multi-trade repairs where required.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out plumbing repairs and maintenance works.
- Diagnose and rectify faults within domestic plumbing systems.
- Investigate and repair leaks.
- Repair and replace taps, toilets, basins, baths, showers, sanitaryware, and pipework.
- Work on vented and unvented hot water systems.
- Maintain pumps, expansion vessels, TMVs, and associated equipment.
- Complete bathroom repairs and refurbishments.
