Pay: £174.71 - £223.23 per day, paid to scale

We are recruiting for a KS2 Teacher to join a friendly and supportive school from January 2027 through to July 2027. This is an excellent opportunity for both ECTs and experienced teachers looking to make a positive impact in Key Stage 2, with the potential for the KS2 Teacher role to become permanent for the right candidate.

Day-to-day of the role

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons for Key Stage 2 pupils in line with the national curriculum.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports learning and development.
• Assess, monitor and report on pupil progress effectively.
• Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all learners.
• Work closely with colleagues, support staff and parents to support pupil achievement.
• Maintain strong classroom management and promote positive behaviour.
• Take part in school meetings, training and wider school activities as required.
• Support pupils’ academic, social and emotional development throughout the school day.
