Residential Education Worker Location: St Joseph’s Specialist Trust, Cranleigh, Surrey Salary: £28,784 - £29,880 per year Plus, an additional £1,000 Retention Bonus 33 days holiday including paid public holidays No experience needed - full training and mentoring provided After progression to Senior Residential Education Worker salary will increase to £30,152 - £31,913. Make A Difference Every Day As a Residential Education Worker at St Joseph’s no two days are the same. We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our residential care team on a permanent basis, supporting young people with complex learning disabilities, severe social communication difficulties and behavioural needs. You will support our young people in their residential houses on site, outside of the school day, at weekends and during school holidays. Your role will focus on helping them to develop interests, independence and essential life skills. Working closely with teachers and therapists you will help assess and monitor each student’s progress.
