Location: Exeter, Devon
Salary: £71,957 per annum (inclusive of shift allowance) + overtime + annual bonus
Shift Pattern: 12-hour rotating day and night shifts, following a 35-day rotation

Are you an experienced Shift Team Leader, Operations Technician or Senior Engineer looking for your next challenge within the energy or heavy process industry?

We are recruiting for a Shift Team Leader to join a major energy-from-waste facility in Exeter. This is an excellent opportunity to take a leading role in the safe and efficient operation of a complex industrial plant, overseeing shift teams and helping maximise plant availability, waste throughput and energy generation.

You will lead operational teams across a 24-hour operation, working 12-hour day and night shifts on a rotating 35-day pattern. The rota includes a mixture of consecutive day shifts, night shifts and scheduled rest periods, providing cover for the continuous operation of the facility.

• Lead, supervise and develop shift teams, including Operations Technicians and Auxiliary Plant Operators.
