Senior Finance Buyer

I'm recruiting for an experienced Senior Buyer to join a well-established organisation in Cardiff, taking a key role in delivering strategic procurement activity across the business. This would be an excellent opportunity for someone currently working within financial services or another highly regulated environment, including candidates from the public sector, who understands the importance of strong procurement governance, risk management and robust commercial processes. You'll manage complex indirect procurement activity from initial sourcing and competitive tendering through to negotiation, contracting and ongoing supplier management.
