Chef de Partie | City of London | £40,000 Basic + £10,000 to £15,000 Tronc
We are recruiting an experienced Chef de Partie to join one of the City of London's most successful restaurants.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident, well-rounded chef with a strong background in premium London restaurants. You will be joining a busy, established kitchen serving over 100 covers per sitting, working with high-quality produce and a talented team of 13.
We are looking for someone who can confidently run all sections of the kitchen, with particularly strong grill experience and a proven track record working with premium cuts of meat.
The ideal candidate will take pride in their cooking, maintain high standards during busy services and bring the experience and maturity needed to contribute to a well-run kitchen.
The role and package
£40,000 basic salary

£10,000 to £15,000 annual tronc

3.5-day working week, consisting of three doubles and one single shift

48 hours per week

Every Sunday off

One to two Saturdays off per month

Closed on bank holidays

Closed for 10 to 14 days over the Christmas period

What we're looking for
Several years' experience working in premium London restaurants

A highly experienced Chef de Partie who can work across all kitchen sections

Excellent grill skills and experience handling high-end cuts of meat

Strong organisation and the ability to manage a busy section independently

A consistent approach to quality, presentation and kitchen standards

Someone who thrives in a high-volume environment and works well as part of a team

Available to start immediately
