As the Fire Risk Assessor, you will be:
- Carrying out Type 1 Risk Assessments across a variety of different properties
- Ensure all work meets industry regulations, compliance requirements, and quality standards
- Identify actions required to reduce risk and provide advice to internal customers
- Manage your workload on your own time, including site visits and report write-ups
Fire Risk Assessor qualifications / experience:
- Minimum 2 years' experience completing Type 1 Fire Risk Assessments
- Proven experience working in the public sector
- Ability to curate accurate reports and be able to communicate them carefully
- NEBOSH Fire Safety
- Fire Risk Assessor Level 4 qualification
- Registered with a professional body (IFE/IFSM)
