The Role

We are recruiting for an Assistant Warehouse Team Leader to join a busy and growing operation based in Carnforth. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to step up into a leadership-focused role within a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Youll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the warehouse, working closely with a team of 6 to ensure orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Picking and packing customer orders with a high level of accuracy
• Supporting the Team Leader with daily operational tasks
• Working efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Assisting in coordinating and motivating a small team
• Ensuring all orders meet quality and accuracy standards
• Contributing to the success of the companys online order operation, which accounts for approximately one-third of the business

About You

• Excellent attention to detail is essential
• Previous warehouse experience (team leadership or senior role desirable)
• Ability to work at pace while maintaining accuracy
• Strong teamwork and communication xwzovoh skills
• Reliable and committed with a proactive attitude
