Salary: £40,000 - £45,000

They are on the lookout for an experienced and enthusiastic Senior Architect to hit the ground-running for their team in Edinburgh.

Lead on a range of projects from inception through to completion
Prepare building regulations, planning and technical information
Produce design solutions and construction packages
Liaise with clients and consultants to build and maintain strong working relationshipsRequirements for the role of Senior Architect:
ARB registered
Strong post RIBA Part 3 qualification experience as an Architect within UK Practice
Proficient with Revit
Experience managing projects within the residential sector
Experience working across all RIBA Work stages
Excellent drawing and designs
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and organisational skills
