Group Warranty Manager
About the role
I am looking for an experienced Warranty Manager to join a well-established dealership.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing warranty operations, managing claims and ensuring all warranty processes are completed accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee warranty claims and processes.
Submit and process manufacturer warranty claims.
Ensure all claims are completed accurately and within deadlines.
Liaise with manufacturers, service teams and engineers.
Monitor warranty performance and identify improvements.
Manage warranty documentation and reporting.
Ensure compliance with manufacturer warranty guidelines.
Support and develop the warranty team.Requirements
Previous experience in a Warranty Manager or Warranty Supervisor role.
Experience within plant machinery, construction equipment, agricultural machinery or automotive.
Strong understanding of manufacturer warranty procedures.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Ability to manage workloads and meet deadlines.
