Building Services Manager

We are seeking an experienced MEP Building Services Manager to lead the mechanical, electrical and public health services delivery on a major new-build data centre in Cambridge. Working for the main contractor, you will take responsibility for coordinating and managing the project’s substantial MEP scope—from design development and procurement through installation, commissioning and handover. You will work closely with the project leadership team, consultants, specialist subcontractors and the client to deliver safe, compliant, high-quality services in line with the programme and commercial objectives.
