Senior Occupational Health Advisor

Our Client based in West London is looking for a Senior Occupational Health Advisor - Quality & Assurance to join their friendly and supportive Occupational Health team. The role is full or part time, Monday-Friday, 2-5 days per week with flexible working available. Band 7 salary: £58,133-£65,261 The role is approximately 80% clinical and 20% service improvement/quality assurance, providing an excellent balance of hands-on clinical work and professional development. The Job Role Includes: Providing specialist Occupational Health advice to employees and managers Management referrals and case management Clinical audit, governance and quality improvement Supporting SEQOHS accreditation and maintaining clinical standards Developing and reviewing OH policies, procedures and clinical guidelines Contributing to service development and continuous improvement Experience / Skills Required: NMC Registered Nurse Part 3 NMC Register - SCPHN 3+ years' Occupational Health nursing experience Experience in clinical governance, quality standards and audit If you're interested in this opportunity, please don't hesitate to get in touch and we would be more than happy to provide further details and the full job description...
