Support Worker – Doncaster An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Support Worker to join our team in the Doncaster area. Secure Healthcare Solutions is a specialist complex care provider supporting adults and children within their own homes. We deliver high-quality, person-centred care to individuals with a wide range of needs and conditions. Our dedicated operational, clinical, and quality teams work together to ensure the safety and wellbeing of both our service users and care staff at all times. Pay & Benefits * Pay Rate: £14.00 per hour * Immediate start available * Weekend shifts only * Ongoing training and development opportunities About the Role We are recruiting experienced Support Workers to join our existing care team and support a young lady within her own home as part of a 2:1 care package. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 6 months' support work experience and must have previous experience supporting individuals with: * Autism * Challenging behaviours * Positive behaviour support strategies * Working within a 2:1 support setting Restraint training is essential for this position.
