Warehouse Supervisor Nightshift

Location: Nutts Corner
Hours: 4 on / 4 off (Nightshift)
Pay: Starting from £14.24 per hour, increasing to £15.00 after 812 weeks, with a further increase to £15.69

We are currently recruiting for aWarehouse Supervisor to join a busy and fast-paced operation based in Nutts Corner. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced warehouse professional looking to step into or progress within a supervisory role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all warehouse activities during nightshift
• Lead, motivate, and support a team to achieve daily targets
• Ensure efficient workflow and productivity across all operations
• Allocate tasks and manage staff performance
• Maintain high standards of health & safety at all times
• Monitor stock movement and ensure accuracy
• Resolve any operational issues quickly and effectively

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a warehouse environment (supervisory experience desirable)
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Reliable, proactive, and able to use initiative
• Flexible to work shift patterns
