This is an opportunity for an experienced operations leader to shape business strategy, win new clients and develop a high-performing team within an expanding international organisation.
Key Responsibilities Win new business and develop long-term relationships with key clients across the UK, Ireland and Europe.
Lead and develop recruitment, resourcing, account management and compliance teams.
Take ownership of revenue, margins, forecasting and operational performance.
Develop and deliver growth strategies across established and emerging markets.
Ensure recruitment delivery and compliance meet client and project requirements.
About You Senior leadership experience within operations, recruitment, and people leadership.
A proven record of winning business and growing existing accounts.
Strong commercial awareness, with experience managing revenue, margins and profitability.
Knowledge of engineering, construction, energy, utilities, infrastructure or data centre markets.
