Job Title: Shift Maintenance Engineer – Interview & Immediate Start Location: Aylesbury Salary: £42,000 – £48,000 £1,200 Bonus (OTE £55,000) Shift: Rotating Days & Nights (12-hour shifts) Role Overview An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Shift Maintenance Engineer to join a leading FMCG food manufacturer in Aylesbury.

Working in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment, you will focus primarily on mechanical maintenance across automated production lines, while also supporting electrical fault finding to maximise equipment reliability and performance.
