Precision uses state-of-the-art CNC machine tools and automation systems to manufacture precision components in a modern production factory environment .

Help us deliver precision components for Aerospace, Defence and Advanced Engineering sectors.

What you'll be doing: The Quality Engineer will inspect and verify conformance to component manufacturing requirements using various pieces of metrology equipment Inspecting parts against drawings and specifications.

Following inspection guidelines to conduct critical non-routine visual, dimensional, mechanical and functional inspections on a wide variety of components.

Preparing for and conducting first article inspections (FAI) of parts.

Maintaining necessary inspection logs and writing inspection reports.

Interpreting inspection findings and determining adequacy of corrective actions when required.

What we're looking for: Proven experience (4+ years)ideally within a precision CNC machining environment Minimum 2 years in a Quality role within a manufacturing environment Strong engineering drawing interpretation and metrology skills Competent in conducting First Article Inspections (FAI) would be a strong advantage Energetic, collaborative mindset with a flair for precision and problem-solving Why this role rocks: Competitive pay-a generous rate that reflects your skill Fast-paced growth and variety-supporting projects across the UK, Ireland and Globally.
