- Hybrid Artemis Human Capital is delighted to be working with a leading and well-established organisation to recruit a Financial Accountant.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing finance team within a successful business, taking responsibility for monthly management reporting and providing key financial insight to support business performance.

The successful candidate will also play an important role in improving reporting processes, enhancing systems and supporting the ongoing development of the wider finance team.

The Role Prepare monthly management accounts packs for Board submission.

Produce supporting financial analysis, KPIs and variance reporting.

Ensure the accuracy of financial data and compliance with internal controls.

Manage year-end audit preparation and liaise with external auditors.

Support annual budgeting and monthly forecasting.

Identify opportunities to improve finance processes and reporting tools.

Assist with training and developing members of the finance team.

Support wider finance activities as required.

The Person Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).

Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and organisational abilities.

Experience working within a busy finance team.

Ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.

Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Outlook. xwzovoh

Previous experience using ERP systems.
