Freelance Planner (strong M&E experience) - London Freelance | 6 Months Initially + Potential Extension | ASAP Start | Rate Negotiable We're looking for an experienced Freelance Planner with strong M&E expertise to join a Tier 1 contractor on a major infrastructure package within a large scale commercial fit out project in London. This is a great opportunity for a Freelance Planner who has a strong understanding of M&E delivery and enjoys working as part of a well-established site team on a complex, high profile project. The Role Working closely with the project and site teams, you will be responsible for planning and programming the M&E elements of the works, helping to ensure the package is delivered safely, efficiently and in line with the overall programme. Key responsibilities include: Developing and maintaining detailed M&E and infrastructure programmes Monitoring progress against programme and identifying potential delays Working closely with the M&E delivery team, subcontractors and wider project team Providing regular progress updates and reporting Supporting short, medium and long-term planning across the package What We're Looking For Proven experience as a Planner within construction Strong M&E Planning experience - this is essential Experience working on large scale commercial fit out or infrastructure projects Strong understanding of construction programmes and project sequencing Experience working with a Tier 1 contractor would be advantageous Good communication skills and the ability to work closely with site teams What's on Offer Freelance position 6-month initial contract with potential for extension ASAP start Rate negotiable depending on experience Major London commercial fit out project Excellent site team and working environment Opportunity to work with a leading Tier 1 contractor
