- £55,000 + Bonus Artemis Human Capital is partnering with a well-established global business to recruit a Finance Manager for its Dungannon operation.

Reporting to the Financial Controller and working closely with the CFO, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance professional to lead a finance team while playing a key role in financial reporting, planning and commercial decision-making.

The position will offer valuable exposure to senior leadership and the wider operations of an international business.

The Role Oversee the preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reporting.

Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes.

Manage cashflow reporting and working capital requirements.

Maintain robust financial controls and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.

Provide financial analysis and commercial insight to support business decisions.

Lead and develop the finance team, ensuring effective delivery across the function.

Work closely with the Financial Controller, CFO and wider senior management team to monitor performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

The Person Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).

Previous experience in a senior finance or management accounting role, ideally within industry.

Experience managing or developing a finance team.

Strong technical accounting, reporting and financial planning skills.

Commercially minded, with the ability to provide insight and influence decision-making.

Excellent communication, organisational and leadership skills. xwzovoh
