If you're money hungry and driven, you will be taught one-to-one by the Director of the business, giving you insights into how to be the top biller in the business.
The money you can make in this industry in your first few years is unmatched, with people earning £ 50k+ in their first year. This is due to having a commission structure of 40% with no threshold ON TOP of your base salary. Make deals = earn commission!
The Incentives – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
£28k base salary
35% commission structure
Earning potential in year 1 - £50k
6 month training period with the Managing Director until promotion
25 days paid holiday + 2 weeks at Christmas + birthday
3x holiday incentives a year – Las Vegas, Marbella and skiing
Quarterly socials with your team – city breaks, spa days, restaurants and drinks
WFH 2 days a week once promoted
Casual office attire
Offices in London, Austin and New York
Opportunity to move to other offices in future
Gym membership with pool and sauna
The Job Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Business Development – source your own clients to work with and negotiate the terms with them
Build relationships with both clients and candidates to understand their preferences
Source new candidates to work with via advertising, cold calling and networking
Organise interviews and prep your candidates for success
