Audit Assistant Manager

Public Practice specialists Taylor Rose Recruitment have been instructed on an Audit Assistant Manager opportunity on behalf of a forward-thinking firm of Chartered Accountants in Bolton.

A fantastic opportunity for a recently ACA/ ACCA qualified individual with experience of leading external audits looking for the next step up into management.
Assisting in managing an interesting client portfolio involving a mixture of audit, accounts, business/ client advisory, and working closely with the Directors.

The Role:
Assisting in managing a portfolio of clients Leading/ managing external audits from planning to completion Leading teams of junior staff on site Review of statutory accounts in line with UK GAAP and FRS102 Review of corporation tax computations Managing teams of junior staff Regular client meetings and dealing with queries Training and developing junior members of staff Providing support to the Managers/ Partners

You:
ACA/ ACCA Qualified Experience of leading audits from planning to completion UK practice experience is essential Strong working knowledge of UK GAAP & FRS102 Driving licence (ideally)
