We are currently recruiting enthusiastic, skilled and reliable Chefs de Partie to join our catering team in the Milton Keynes area.

Your responsibilities: Taking responsibility for your designated kitchen section
Preparing, cooking and presenting high-quality dishes
Ensuring food is prepared to the required standards
Maintaining excellent food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness
Monitoring stock levels and minimising food waste
Supporting and guiding junior kitchen team members
Following food safety and health & safety procedures
Working efficiently in a busy kitchen environment
What we're looking for: Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar chef role
Good knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
Ability to work under pressure
Strong teamwork and communication skills
A passion for delivering high-quality food
Relevant food hygiene knowledge
Level 2 or 3 Food and Safety
Enhanced Dbs
?? Transport Requirements Applicants must be able to travel to different work locations within the Reading area.
