- £70,000 Artemis Human Capital is working exclusively with a growing business in Fermanagh to recruit a Financial Controller.

This is a newly created position offering an excellent opportunity for a Qualified Accountant to take ownership of the finance function and play a key role in supporting the company's continued growth.

Working closely with the senior leadership team, you will lead the existing finance function, strengthen financial processes and provide valuable commercial insight to help shape business decisions.

The Role Take ownership of the finance function, overseeing month-end, year-end and statutory reporting.

Prepare monthly management accounts, Board reports and financial analysis.

Lead budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management.

Develop stock control, inventory reporting and margin analysis.

Work closely with operational teams to review costs, profitability and business performance.

Manage and develop the existing Bookkeeper.

Improve financial controls, systems and processes, including Xero.

The Person ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified, with experience in a Financial Controller, Finance Manager or similar role.

Strong technical accounting and management reporting experience.

Background in manufacturing or a product-based environment.

Experience in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and commercial analysis.

Strong Excel skills and experience using Xero.

Commercially minded, proactive and confident engaging with senior stakeholders. xwzovoh
