As an Internal Communications Business Partner, you will be a strategic pillar within our People Communications and Change department.
Serve as a primary strategic partner to C-Level leaders, aligning global and local IC needs with overall business objectives.
Manage budgets and oversee core platforms (local channels, all-hands, and insights) to ensure high-impact campaign delivery.
Work collaboratively across functions to translate complex business goals into clear, engaging communication initiatives.
Proven experience driving internal communications initiatives within a fast-paced, international, or tech-focused organization.
Track record of advising, coaching, and influencing C-Suite and senior executive stakeholders to achieve goals.
A collaborative team player with self-starting capabilities who steps up to help others succeed and make a lasting impact.
