Head of MFL

As Head of MFL, you will: * Lead, manage and inspire the MFL department across the academy * Drive high-quality teaching and learning from KS2-KS5 * Develop and embed a rigorous, inclusive and engaging MFL curriculum * Use data effectively to raise achievement and close gaps * Promote languages through enrichment, extra-curricular opportunities and cultural capital What we’re looking for * Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), experience teaching MFL in a secondary school * Proven ability to raise standards and improve outcomes * Confidence using assessment data to inform teaching and intervention * Strong leadership potential and commitment to inclusive practice Ideally, you would also have: * Experience teaching A Level * Postgraduate study or leadership development qualifications
