THE ROLE

Within the employment and partnerships practice which spans the entire life cycle of the working relationship.

Experienced in the demands and challenges of every stage, the firm advises employers, partnerships and individuals across a broad variety sectors, in relation to contentious and non-contentious matters.

They are trusted advisors to employers in managing and resolving workplace issues.

The team's diverse experience ranges from large-scale reorganisations and urgent litigation in the High Court and Tribunals, through to dealing with day-to-day issues, contracts and policies.

They also advise senior individuals on all areas of their employee / employer relationship, from joining through to exit.

THE CANDIDATE

An Employment solicitor with strong academic skills is sought to join the vibrant and well-regarded Employment & Partnerships team on a permanent and full time basis.

You will ideally have 2 -4pqe from a similar firm, City firm or employment boutique.

Experience in corporate (employers) and individual client work, such as for companies, family offices, partnerships, senior executives or partners is required.

Experience of investigations is a plus but not essential.
