We’re hiring an experienced Site Manager to deliver a key substation package in the Scottish Highlands. This is a hands‑on leadership role managing both civils & electrical works, with direct responsibility for subcontractors and liaison with the client.

What you’ll be doing

• Managing day‑to‑day site operations on a live substation project
• Coordinating civils & electrical subcontractors
• Liasing with the client
• Driving programme, quality, and HSE compliance
• Overseeing RAMS, permits, and site documentation

What we’re looking for

• Strong substation / HV project experience
• Background in both civils and electrical scopes
• Experience working with DNOs (SSEN ideal)
• SMSTS + CSCS (Black/ECS Manager)
• Confident managing subcontractors and client relationships

Desirable

• BESC / National Grid Person / SHEA Power
• Temporary Works knowledge
• Renewable or wind farm project experience
