Youshouldhavestrongadmin&communicationsskills,andgoodrelevantexperiencethatinvolveadmin,communication&coordination.
Ourclientisaleadingspecialistinthemanufactureofbespokedoorsforthehealthcaresector.
Asthe Projects&LogisticsCoordinato r,youwillcoordinatethedailydespatchlist,liaisewiththeProductionandWarehouseTeamsreviewinganydeliveryissuestoensureourcustomersarekeptinformedandtransportorganised.Thisisabusyandvariedrole,youmustbeabletoworktodeadlines,bewellorganisedwiththeabilityto'juggleandprioritisetasks.
KeyResponsibilities
Responsiblefortheday-to-dayorganizationofcollectionsanddeliveriesviamultidropcourieranddedicatedcouriers
Maintainclosecommunicationviaemailandphonewithourclientstoarrangeandagreeshipmentofgoods.
Updateandmaintaintheprojectplanningsoftware
WorkcloselyalongsidecolleaguesincludingProjectmanagersandGoodsOut
ToassistintheWorkshopareawiththeorganisationofdespatchinggoodsasandwhenrequired.
LiaisewithourcustomersyouwillpredominatelybeofficebasedbutwillalsoberequiredtospendtimeintheWorkshopareahelpingwiththeorganisationofdespatchinggoods.
Completereviewandsignoffinvoicesforpaymentdealingwithanyquerieswithourcouriersuppliers
BarcodingSchedulingincludingmovingoldschedulesontonewschedulesandprintingbarcodesfortheWorkshop
Collaterelevantpaperworkforalldeliveriesincludingdeliverynotes,schedulesandpackinglists
Vehicles-VanstobebookedinforMOTandService,TaxforDirectorscars
Updatespreadsheetstoensureprojects,goodsout,andoperationsisinvolvedintheplanningprocess
Updatingaccountswithprojectsscheduledfordispatchtoconfirmthatdeliverycanbearranged
Requires:
Astrongcommunicatorwhohasdealtwithclientsand/ordifferentstakeholdersinthepast,withgoodITliteracy(incExcel)&anabilitytojugglemultiplepriorities
Youshouldhaveadmin&communicationorientedexperience,ideallywith2+yearsexperience
