Salary: MPS1 - MPS6 + SEN Allowance

A highly regarded SEN primary school in Rochdale are searching for a dedicated EYFS Teacher to join their close-knit team this September. The school caters for pupils from EYFS to KS2 and is known for its warm, welcoming atmosphere, outstanding pastoral support, and commitment to helping every child thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Early Years Teacher, Primary Teacher, or SEN Teacher seeking a long-term position within a specialist setting that values collaboration, creativity, and child-centred learning.
The Role
As the EYFS Teacher, you will:
Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated EYFS lessons
Support pupils with autism, communication needs, and additional learning difficulties
Create a structured, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment
Lead and work closely with Teaching Assistants and support staff to maximise pupil outcomes
Monitor progress and adapt learning strategies to support development
Build strong relationships with parents, carers, therapists, and external professionalsWhat the School Offers

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Proven experience teaching within EYFS, Primary, or SEN settings
Strong understanding of the EYFS Framework and child development
Experience supporting pupils with autism and additional needs is highly desirable
A patient, adaptable, and compassionate teaching approach
Strong classroom management and communication skills
