CAD Designer - Bespoke Furniture £45,000 - £50,000 DOE + Benefits Hybrid, commutable Southampton, Winchester, Portsmouth etc. Are you a CAD Designer with a background in bespoke furniture or joinery, looking to join a business that delivers some of the most prestigious and high-end work in the world? As a go-to CAD Designer you'll be the bridge between client brief and workshop - interpreting anything from detailed design packages to a photo and a budget and turning it into a precise, manufacturable drawing. You need to have solid 3D modelling skills and a good understanding of how furniture is made. With 20 years of heritage, this company work mainly within super prime residential environments. With a full order book and a great reputation, they have exciting growth plans, making this a great time to get on board. This role would suit a 3D CAD Designer who has some exposure to Cabinet Making / Joinery manufacturing processes, who is looking to work on exciting projects, with progression, a variety of work and a competitive package. The Role 🪵 * Interpret client briefs and produce accurate manufacturing drawings * Create DXF files for the CNC team and support the workshop through to production * Work closely with estimators, PMs and the workshop to ensure drawings are buildable * Liaise with interior designers, architects and clients where required Requirements ✅ * Background in bespoke furniture or joinery * Proficient in a recognised 3D CAD package * A good understanding of how bespoke furniture is built * Able to interpret briefs and produce accurate manufacturing drawings for CNC TF140 #CADDesigner #BespokeFurniture #Joinery #FurnitureManufacturing #Solidworks #CNC #HighEndResidential
