Spanish & English Speaking Sales & Customer Service Advisor

Overview We are seeking a motivated and customer‑focused Sales & Customer Service Agent to join a busy contact centre team supporting European holiday bookings. You will handle inbound enquiries, understand customer needs, recommend suitable travel options and confidently convert calls into confirmed bookings. This is a sales‑driven position, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, target‑led environment. Fluency in Spanish and English is essential.
