Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) – Kitchen & Bathroom Contracts North London / Enfield £31,000 £5,000 Car Allowance Own Vehicle Required Permanent Positions We are currently recruiting for Resident Liaison Officers to join a contractor delivering long-term Kitchen & Bathroom refurbishment works across social housing properties in North London and Enfield. Projects include: Internal Kitchen & Bathroom refurbishments Bathroom pod installations Occupied social housing properties Long-term frameworks with Southern Housing and Enfield CouncilKey Responsibilities: Acting as the main point of contact for residents Booking appointments and managing access Handling resident queries and complaints Providing regular updates throughout the works Supporting site teams to ensure smooth project deliveryRequirements: Previous RLO experience within Kitchen & Bathroom works Social housing / planned maintenance background Strong communication and customer service skills Must have own vehicleInterviews are taking place ASAP with immediate starts available
