Systems Architect

Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Engineering Lead who can provide strong technical leadership and set the strategic direction for digital transformation initiatives in the banking and financial services sector.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide technical leadership and define strategic direction for digital transformation programs.Architect, design, and build scalable applications using React JS, .NET, and .NET Microservices.Drive the design and development of system components, mentor team members, and contribute to development where necessary.Collaborate with business analysts, UX designers, testers, and internal/external stakeholders.Lead architecture and application design for enterprise applications.Ensure best practices in Agile methodologies, system optimization, and performance tuning.Deliver solutions based on cloud and cloud-native development principles.Provide leadership with .NET Full Stack development.Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins.Work with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Kubernetes and Terraform.Use Kubernetes automation tools like Helm and Kiali.Implement logging, monitoring, and performance frameworks.Work with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.Define direction for large-scale enterprise applications and digital transformation initiatives.Produce technical documentation, architecture designs, and white papers.Required Skills & QualificationsStrong experience in .NET Full Stack development.Expertise in React JS, .NET, and Microservices architecture.Experience with Azure or AWS cloud platforms.Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, Helm, and container orchestration.Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.Experience with application monitoring, logging, and performance optimization frameworks.Ability to showcase work through GitHub or similar repositories.Professional SkillsStrong communication and collaboration skills.Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.Strong attention to detail and work ethic.Job SummaryJob number: 250095Profession: OtherExperience: 15-30Years
